Getting Here
Hotel Villas Koločep is located on Koločep Island, a mere 25 minute boat ride from
Port Gruž in the city of Dubrovnik. Peacefully secluded amidst lush vegetation and
comfortably removed from the hustle and bustle of city life, the Hotel is nevertheless
very easily accessible from the mainland.
Departures from Dubrovnik to Kolocep start at 10h with the last boat at 20h. There
is a public ferry, the Postira, which departs 4 times per day from the commercial
port of Dubrovnik, called Port Gruz to Kolocep. If you are arriving after 20h, you can always reserve our taxi boat to pick you up at Port Gruz at any hour, day or night.
Getting from the Airport to Kolocep
Airport Bus or taxi:
The airport bus of the 'Atlas' company leaves from in front of the airport near
the exit of the arrival hall. The cost is 35 Kn (5€), and it will take you to the
bus station in Port Gruž (this is the second bus stop) where there are boats that
will take you to Koločep island regularly as described below.
Taxis are also available and will cost approximately 200 Kn (30€) depending on the
traffic.
Boat Departures from Dubrovnik – Port Gruž:
Jadrolinija: The island can be
reached by regular ferry service every day. Kolocep is the first stop and takes
only 25 minutes from the Port of Gruz in Dubrovnik. The ship is called the “Postira”
and the cost is 16 Kn one-way

Private Taxi Boat : The island’s private taxi boat operates 24 hours a day with
a reservation. If you don’t want to wait at all, or you are arriving
after 19H, then call our Reception in advance
to reserve your pickup at +385 20 757 025 or send an email to reservations@kolocep.com.
The cost is 400 Kuna for a one-way
trip.
Arrival on Koločep Island
As soon as guests arrive, their luggage is placed
on an electric cart and driven to the Reception area as a complimentary service
of the Hotel. A relaxing seven minute walk leads guests around the bay, through
the town of Donje Celo and on to Hotel Villas Koločep.
