Cancellation and Privacy Policy |
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival date, we will charge your credit card a one-night cancellation fee. For cancellations from 14 - 9 days before arrival date, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged. For cancellations from 8 - 2 days before arrival date, 80% of the accommodation price will be charged. Should the customer cancel 1 day before arrival date, or not come, or cancel during use of the accommodation unit, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged. Should the customer wish to change or cancel a reservation, this must be done in written form (email, mail, or fax). Once the written cancellation is received with the client’s banking information, the one night cancellation fee plus the bank charges will be deducted and the remainder of the amount will be wired to the customer’s bank account. There is no fee for changing your reservation, however, we cannot guarantee that you will get the same accommodation as originally booked, nor promise availability for the new date chosen.
Reservations
Making a reservation at Hotel Villas Kolocep may be done by telephone, fax, email or directly on our Internet site. In order to secure your reservation, we require a valid credit card. Your credit card will be debited for full amount of your booking. Please see our cancellation policy.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. This transaction is encrypted and sent via T-COM’s secure gateway.
At the hotel, you may also pay in cash, in Kunas.

Information We Collect and How We Use It
When we need to collect personally identifiable information from you to provide
you with a particular service, we will ask the guest to voluntarily supply us with
the information we need. For example, if the guest would like to make a reservation
at our hotel, we will ask for information such as name, address, telephone number,
email address, credit card number, and room preference to process the reservation.
We will use your email address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use
the other information to contact you for help in processing the reservation. We
will also use the guest’s email address to inform him/her about special offers,
events and promotions. If you do not wish to be notified, please send a request
to reservations@kolocep.com.
Reservations
The personally identifiable information the guest provides us for making a reservation
is used for the purpose of meeting the reservation request. After making a reservation
or completing your stay at Hotel Villas Kolocep, unless the guest tells us otherwise,
the information you provide will be used by us to inform you of special offers,
or events organized by our owner, The Isle of Knowledge. Your personal information
is not divulged to any third party.
Meetings and events
If you would like to submit a request for proposal online or receive our PowerPoint
presentation for Meeting Planners, you will be required to provide certain personally
identifiable information. All personally identifiable information the visitor provides
such as name, mailing address, email address and telephone number will be transmitted
to events@kolocep.com
email via the Internet and is not encrypted. Personally identifiable information
you provide to us will be treated as confidential information and is subject to
our company's security procedures and policies regarding protection and use of confidential
information. Hotel Villas Kolocep will not use this information for any other purposes.
